The steps between text + image and the steps taken to walk alongside a friend.

I collaborated with my friend artist and writer Alana Frances Baer to create a book of essays, poems, and asemic artworks circling the relationship between text and image. We thought about the process of collaboration across distance, talking on the phone while walking together, and how we stumbled backwards into meaning together.
